Thank you for shopping with His Calling Label! Every phone case is made to order with care. Please review our shipping details below.

Order Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

(Production time does not include weekends or holidays.)

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, His Calling Label only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

After your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package
    Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier (USPS/UPS), we do not have control over delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.

If your package is marked Delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

  1. Check with your household members or neighbors
  2. Check around your porch/mailbox
  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
  4. Contact your local post office

Although we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help you locate it.
