RETURN & REFUND POLICY (His Calling Label)

Because all His Calling Label phone cases are made to order, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong phone model chosen

Change of mind

Personal preference

Sale items or gift cards

Please double-check your phone model before placing your order.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days at hiscallinglabel@gmail.com with: Your order number, a clear photo of the issue, a short description of what happened. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We cannot exchange items for different styles, designs, or phone models.

Refunds

Once we review your request and approve a refund, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card company may take additional time to process the refund.
