How long will my order take to ship?

All cases are printed and fulfilled through Printify’s production partners. This means your case is made to order just for you.

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days total.

Why is my case shipped separately from other items?

Because each item is made to order, different products may come from different Printify partners. It’s normal for items to potentially arrive in separate packages.

Will the case colors look exactly like the photos?

There may be slight color differences depending on:

  • Matte vs. glossy finish
  • Screen brightness
  • Printing variation

Small differences are normal for custom printing. Matte prints can sometimes be brighter than the glossy prints.

What phone models do you offer?

Most designs are available for:

  • Currently only iPhone models

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each case is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong model selected
  • Change of mind

If your item arrives damaged, blurry, or incorrect, we will ALWAYS replace it.

How do I clean my phone case?

Use a microfiber cloth or a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to protect the print.
